INHALT

A company operating as original equipment manufacturer (OEM) in the motorcycle sector is undergoing a major digital transformation process. As part of this process, the identification and development of a digital business model is one of six core pillars. Within this rspective pillar, the question on how a digital business model can contribute for generating new revenue streams with digital services should be answered.
