Corporate Carbon Management Strategies

INHALT

This thesis aims to develop a maturity model for carbon management in manufacturing companies. The objective is to systematically assess how organizations develop, implement, and integrate carbon management strategies into their business operations, and to evaluate their level of maturity.

The study focuses on key dimensions such as the types of carbon management strategies in place, their effectiveness in reducing emissions, the degree of integration with broader sustainability and management systems, and the challenges and barriers to implementation.

By analyzing the collected data, the research will identify typical maturity levels, best practices, emerging innovative approaches, and existing gaps in corporate carbon management.
