AUFGABENSTELLUNG
The master's thesis includes the elaboration of theoretical principles for dealing with the described topic. For this purpose, the investigation of the methods and analysis of procedures, with regard to applied maturity models (i.e. CMMI) in consideration of possible applications of the Rasch algorithm, and based on the three organisational levels (Normative, Strategic and Operative) and its five (5) managerial functions (Planning, Organisation, Personal, Information, Control) influencing factors, are to be collected and described. In doing so, the essential terms are to be defined and delimited.
Furthermore, the extension of a generic model with the Rasch algorithm for evaluation of the predefined levels of maturities is to be developed and tested or applied by the use of either random data or a practical dataset (which would be collected). The chosen data should then be analysed and interpreted, and should serve to create an comparison between a maturity model with and one without the usage of the Rasch algorithm to determine if the application of such an algorithm will provide a practical advantage for interpretation of the maturity of capabilities of energy intensive industrial companies. |
